Return Policy

At MARY'S SOCKS, I take pride in providing high-quality compression socks designed for comfort and support. My goal is to ensure that every customer experiences the best fit and performance.


90-Day Perfect Fit Guarantee
If your socks don’t fit as expected or you're not completely satisfied, I offer a one-time free replacement within 90 days—no need to send them back. Just email support@marys-socks.com with your order details, and I will send you a new pair at no extra cost. Please note: If you ordered the largest size (3XL) and it still doesn’t fit, I won’t be able to offer a larger replacement. In that case, I’m happy to offer you a 20% refund as a gesture of goodwill. Just reach out via email and I’ll take care of it for you.


Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return your order for any reason, you can do so within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, the items must:

  • Be unused and unworn (for hygiene reasons, worn socks cannot be returned)

  • Be in their original condition with tags attached

  • Be in the original packaging


How to Start a Return:

  • Email me at support@marys-socks.com to request a return.

  • I will provide return instructions and a shipping label (for domestic returns).

  • Pack the items securely and send them back. Please wait until I give you the correct address. Shipping costs are covered by the customer.


Refund Processing:
Once I receive the returned item, I will process your refund. This may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.


Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact me immediately (please add photos too). I will send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items (For Hygiene Reasons):

  • Worn or washed socks cannot be returned

  • Customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the customer
